Terms of Service

  • Commissioning the Artist means that the client understand and agree to the terms of services mentioned below. So make sure to read.

  • First come first serve basis. The client should submit a request on the Artistree account linked in AVAIL.
    NO SUBMISSION = NO REQUEST RECEIVED

  • For any queries, the client is free to reach out on any social media accounts of the Artist whichever platform is most convenient to them.

  • After submitting a request, the Artist will get back to the client within 1-2 days (don't forget to check your inbox and make sure you can be messaged!) If it takes some time, please be patient. The client should receive an email stating whether their request is approved or declined.

  • The Artist reserve the right to decline any request that they're not comfortable with.

  • Once the client's request is approved, the Artist will give a quotation for the commission request. (If I'm preoccupied with another commission, I will still send confirmation emails, but the invoice will only be sent at a later time once I'm free off other commissions. I don't want to take payments when I'm unsure that I can start working on a commission.)

  • At least 50% down payment or 100% upfront payment is required before the Artist starts working on the commission.

  • No rushing of commissions. Expect that it will take longer if there are additional characters. (I will try to finish it as soon as I can. Please be understanding for any delays.)

  • The artist will be transparent with the progress and send updates.

  • An initial sketch will be sent to the client for review incase they want to change something. Once the client is satisfied with the sketch, the Artist will start working on the illustration.

  • Once the illustration is nearly done, it will be sent again for any changes. Only a maximum of 2 minimal revisions are allowed.

  • The total sum should be payed by now during the final touches and revisions.

  • A gdrive or dropbox link will be sent to the client where they can view and download the Illustration.

  • Strictly no refund once the Artist started working on the commission. If the client decides to cancel, the Artist has the right to keep the down payment and terminate the commission.

Ownership

  • The Artist have the right to share WIPs and post the finished image. Unless otherwise, the client requests to keep it private.

  • Removal of logo/ signature is prohibited

  • Using the illustration as artwork for AI training/ NFT/ or crypto is not allowed.

  • The illustration should be for personal use only.

  • The Artist does not allow reprinting and redistribution of any illustration. Strictly not for commercial use.

  • If the client wishes to commission the Artist for an illustration that will be commercially used, the price will be higher since the client is also buying the ownership; the client must mention it beforehand.
